We want you to be fully satisfied with your custom hardware, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all modified controllers and accessories. Products must be returned in their original condition with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the controller in its original protective packaging and include all accessories, such as swappable thumbsticks or charging cables, to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the internal mods and hardware functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
